These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and set out the general basis on which JACT Income Academy ("JACT", "we", "us", "our") provides its services, including JACT AI, our done-for-you AI receptionist, and our website, application, and AI automation work.

2. Using this website
- You may browse, link to, and share this website for lawful purposes.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that could damage or overload it.
- You must not scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site's content without our written permission.
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
3. The free AI Business Growth Audit
- The audit is a free, no-obligation review of your business covering your website, missed calls, lead generation, and where AI could help, and it normally represents £297 of consulting value.
- It is offered to genuine trade and service businesses. We may decline or reschedule bookings that are not a good fit, are duplicates, or appear not to be genuine.
- You will receive the findings and a roadmap you can keep, whether or not we go on to work together. There is no requirement to buy anything.
- Booking confirmations and reminders are sent by email and text message to the details you provide.
4. Services, quotes, and engagements
- Every engagement is done-for-you and scoped individually. Prices are quoted per project after we understand your calls, tools, and requirements.
- The specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms for any engagement will be set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms for that engagement.
- We rely on you to provide accurate information about your business (such as opening hours, services, and pricing rules) so that JACT AI can represent you correctly. We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or outdated information you supply.
- Our services depend in part on third-party platforms (such as telephony and calendar providers). We choose and manage these carefully, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.
5. Results and testimonials
Every business is different. Figures on this website, including the ROI illustrations, are examples to help you think about the value of answered calls; they are not guarantees of any particular outcome. Results depend on factors including your call volume, industry, pricing, and how enquiries are handled after they are captured.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the JACT Income Academy and JACT AI names, logos, copy, images, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Work we produce for clients is licensed or transferred as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
7. Third-party links and embedded services
This site embeds services from LeadConnector (HighLevel) for forms and bookings and may link to other websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. 8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to £100. Liability arising from a paid engagement is dealt with in the agreement covering that engagement.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and changes apply from the date they are posted on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to this website.
